Studio Art and Ideas is designed for students who have completed Foundations of Studio Art or 2 and 3 Dimensional Studio Art. Through planned activities and explorations students learn how artists develop ideas and inspiration for the work they do. The creative process, from start to finish, is the backbone of the course and students will choose which ideas to extend to finished product and which medium best suits their needs. Students will be encouraged to use photography and selected computer programs as one means of artistic investigation and expression.
