Art exploration is designed to provide middle school students with experiences related to art materials, processes and techniques and essential art concepts and vocabulary. Students will work with a variety of mediums and methods and will be encouraged to express, through the visual arts, personal interests and inclinations. Careful observation and attention to what is visual will provide students with opportunities to learn to interpret and decode what they see.
